The primary tool with which we negotiate our relationships with one another in ALL contexts.
It’s how business gets done! Or not.
We all have 3 "brains" that generate rich data-points - brain (~ 100 billion neurons), gut (~ 500 million neurons), heart (~ 40 thousand neurons) - to help us navigate the world.
But business leaders today focus almost exclusively on using just the brain when making decisions!
We would all make noticeably "better" decisions if we incorporate data points from our 3 "brains".
Befriend emotions = better decisions!
Contrary to popular belief, change / innovation / transformation is not as difficult as it had been made out to be.
This is in part because we fundamentally mistaken “natural” with “habituated”. How we breathe, eat, walk, think, speak, sit, make-decisions, interact with others (the list is endless) is largely habituated.
This knowledge alone is the beginning of agency and empowerment.
